I'm a multishipper so expect likes and retweets of all sorts of ships. (If it exists, I probably ship it. And if it doesn't, I probably still ship it).

I believe that fiction and reality do not correlate 1:1 and that people should not be harassed or sent death threats over fictional characters/ships - I elaborate on this in my extended byf section if the specifics of this are important to you

If you've softblocked me and I refollow, it's not intentional. I genuinely don't remember who I've followed in the past so I just assume I never followed. Don't feel bad about just blocking me, I probably won't even notice and you have every right to curate your twt experience.

I’m “rad-inclus” - aka: I think all good faith identities are valid (I used quotes b/c I think the term is stupid, but since some ppl decided to be exclusionary assholes, here we are).

I block racists, transphobes, homophobes, aphobes, etc on sight. If you’re one of the creeps who spouts this type of harmful nonsense and you attempt to follow me, expect to catch a block.

I don’t argue with kids. If you’re 16 and under and say something dumb in my replies, I’m blocking you.

I believe that no ship is inherently harmful (regardless of any content within the ship) and that harassing people over the art they make/like is bad.

I also believe that it stops being just art/fiction when you use the “it’s just fiction” as an excuse to perpetuate racism and other forms of oppression (whitewashing, orientalism, etc). Yeah, it technically is still just art but the way you react to it being talked about tells me everything about how you actually feel on these topics.

I won't follow back if you're an asshole to people for no reason. This applies to being a dick to antis/neutral ppl who are just minding their business (aka: blocking + not posting about discourse). Though you still shouldn't be an unprovoked asshole on non-malicious discourse posts either

I formerly identified as profic/proship but have since dropped the label due to the number of assholes who use the label to excuse their racism, ableism, transphobia, etc. I still agree with the original idea “don’t harass people over fiction” but don’t want to associate with aforementioned assholes. Besides, it’s normal to not care about fictional ships, it's not normal to harass people so moving away from labelling that stance is probably for the best.

If you @ me with an "oomf you follow," type message over some terminally online nonsense, I WILL softblock you, get out of here with that bs. If someone does something actually shitty tho, shoot me a dm. (actually shitty meaning racism, transphobia, etc).

If you've been blocked and we've never interacted, you've probably posted something vocally anti-shipping or decided to harass someone over a ship/fiction so I chose to preemptively block you. Alternatively, you might've just had something I fall under in your dni and blocking is the easiest way for us to avoid accidentally interacting. I also occasionally block if u regularly post stuff that squicks me out. Last option is if I think you seem annoying (if you’re obsessing over me blocking you, this is probably the reason lol)
